Terms of delivery
Delivery within Sweden
Normal delivery time is 1-5 working days, does not apply to carts and cranes. If the goods are out of stock, the delivery time may be slightly longer. If the goods have not been sent within five days, we will always contact you by phone or e-mail. Weimer reserves the right to final sale. If delivery is prevented due to final sale, the order is cancelled.
Shipping costs SEK 95 excluding VAT, does not apply to carts and cranes. Deliveries are made with Schenker Parcel agent, Schenker Parcel, Posten Parcel, Posten Mypac or Schenker System for goods over 20/30kg, unless otherwise requested by notifying us. When choosing other forwarders, extra shipping costs may be added.
Weimer does not make partial deliveries. When the order is processed, an order confirmation is emailed and when the goods are sent, a packing slip is emailed. Delivery time is normally 1-3 days. Delivery time and shipping cost for trolley and/or crane with accessories are provided in connection with the sent quotation offer. The terms of the quotation offer must be accepted by the buyer.
Be sure to check your shipment upon receipt, that you have received the correct item and quantity compared to the invoice/delivery note and your order.
Delivery upon export
For deliveries to countries outside Sweden, the shipping cost is not calculated directly in the order. When you have placed your order, we will contact the shipping company and then notify you via an order confirmation sent via e-mail. There is information on the current shipping cost and delivery conditions and must be approved by the buyer before delivery takes place.
Delivery time and shipping cost for trolley and/or crane with accessories are provided in connection with the sent quotation offer. The terms of the quotation offer must be accepted by the buyer.
Damaged packages
If you have suffered transport damage, it must be reported immediately to the carrier and Weimer in order to be approved. Never exchange goods with visible external damage. If you only discover the damage when you have arrived home, take the entire shipment including packaging back to the forwarder and fill in a damage report.
Warranty conditions
Weimer Skogsteknik & Hydraulik's own manufactured products have a two-year warranty. Products originating from another third-party supplier have a one-year warranty, such as motor, valve and radio unit. The warranty only covers original defects, i.e. defects that were present in the product upon delivery and is valid from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, handling errors, accidental damage or if the product is used under abnormal conditions such as impure oils or high heat conditions.
If any product should break during normal use, first contact Weimer Skogsteknik & Hydraulik and then return the faulty product. If we find a fault in materials or manufacturing, the product will be repaired or you will be replaced with a new one. If we deem it justified, the product must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty processing. Warranty claims are not accepted for assembly, disassembly, repair at another workshop, any consequential costs caused by the faulty product, machine downtime or loss of production. Warranty claims do not apply if the product has been modified so that it deviates from its original design, e.g. through modification, adjustments, additional construction or replacement of parts not supplied by Weimer.
When returning a warranty case, the shipment must contain information about the type of product, production number of manufactured products, delivery date and the owner's name and address.
Returns
If you regret your purchase or if the item you bought does not fit, you have a full right of return within 14 days according to the Distance Trading Act.
ATTENTION! Remember that the post office's receipt and the tracking number on the package are valid as proof that you have sent the item back. Should it be so unfortunate that your return package gets lost in mail handling and does not arrive at Weimer's warehouse, it is your responsibility as the sender to call for the package.
In case of any return, the invoice or a copy must be sent with it. You must also indicate whether you want to exchange the item for other items or get money back if they have been paid for. The goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Freight in connection with returns or exchanges is paid by the customer. Returns against cash on delivery or cash on delivery are not accepted.
If the item has been used or looks used, a fee of at least 10% is deducted.
If Weimer has sent the wrong product or in the case of approved complaints, we will reimburse you for shipping costs.
Special orders
Specially ordered goods that are not normally in our stock will not be returned.
