Åkerströms Sesam 800 Mobile

Sesam 800 Mobile is a very robust system specially developed for smaller mobile applications such as tail lift lifts and winches for quad bikes and forest machines. The system is IP67-rated, which means that it can handle large stresses with dust and moisture without problems.

Learning of Transmitter If any part of the system has been replaced, the receiver and transmitter will need to be paired together.

Remove the plastic caps on the back of the receiver to reach the screws and disassemble. Press the button ”ON” on the transmitter until the green indicator lights. The transmitter is now active. Press the Learn/Erase button on the receiver until LED 7 is ON. (Fig. 2) The Learn Mode will be active for 10 seconds (as long as LED 7 is ON). Press transmitter button 1 ”IN” to pair the transmitter to the receiver. LED 7 (fig. 2) blinks three times if the learning has succeeded. Install the receiver cover and tighten the six screws to 2.0 Nm Mount the caps over the screws.

Vid ersättning av ny sändare kan omprogrammering av mottagaren krävas, gör följande:

1. Tryck in funktionsknappen nr 3 på mottagaren (bild 2) i minst 0,3 sek, max 4 sek. (Låt det gå ca en sek mellan knapptryckningarna). Röd lysdiod, nr 6, lyser klar för programmering.
2. Tryck in selectknappen nr 4 i minst 0,3 sek max 4 sek. Röd lysdiod lyser vid reläet. 
3. Tryck in selectknappen nr 4 ytterligare en gång, lika länge. 
4. Tryck sist in sändarens knapp tills röd lysdiod nr 6 blinkar 3 gånger. Programmeringen är klar.

The transmitter and receiver are programmed at delivery. If new programming is required, follow this instruction:

1. Press the function key No. 3 on the receiver (picture nr 2) of at least 0.3 sec, max 4 sec. (Allow approximately one second between key presses). Red LED, No. 6, lit ready for programming. 2. Press the select button No. 4 for at least 0.3 sec max 4 sec. Red LED lights up the relay. 3. Press the Select button No. 4 once again, just as long. 4. At last, press the transmitter button until the red LED No. 6 flashes 3 times. The programming is completed.

The receiver can be programmed with one transmitter at a time. If additional transmitters are programmed, the current transmitter will be replaced. Open the cover at and store the transmitter in the receiver as follows:

1. Start the transmitter as instructed and hold any button pressed.
2. On the receiver: Hold the "Code" button until the relay LEDs light up and then release it. The receiver remains in listening mode for 8-10 seconds.
3. Continue to press the transmitter button until the receiver button finds the transmitter. Relay LEDs will flash three times. Note that it may take up to ten seconds before the receiver will find the transmitter.
